Good Intentions

I had great intentions of posting everyday this year. As you can tell I FAILED!!!!

I have been super busy after work, working on a project for someone. I haven’t even had time to catch up on my DVR. :) That’s how I know that I am running myself into the ground!!

This past weekend Boo and I made a new desk for my office…I am in LOVE with it!! Hopefully I can get some pictures up of it sometime this weekend.

I hooked up my husbands PC tonight to see about using Live Writer, I am a Mac person but I have heard good things about Live Writer and how easy it is to use and set up posts. Hopefully it being easier than using Blogger will help me keep up with the blog.

I know I say that I will keep blogging in every post LOL one day it will be the truth!

My Birthday is in two weeks, I am getting OLD! BUT not older than Boo!! He will always be 6 years older than me. I like to give him a hard time that he is my OLD man!! :)

Introduce

My name is Megan. I am married to Boo and have been since May of 2010! My family is so important to me, they are the best family and I am so happy to live so close to them.

15 Facts

1. We got married at the courthouse, one day we will have a "reception" but for us getting married at the courthouse was the best thing that we could have done and it fit us just perfectly.
2. I have three brothers! Cameron, Chad, and Mack!
3. Boo has two cats...they are his because I do not like them! :)
4. I have a commute to work...45 minutes one way on a good day, somedays it takes longer and somedays if school is not in then I can make it in 35!!!
5. I love nail polish!
6. Disney anything is my obsession!! I wish I could live in Disney World!
7. I am an Apple Head! Macs and iPads for the win!!
8. With that being said I just got rid of my iPhone...I wasn't impressed anymore.
9. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is my new phone and I love it!!
10. I hate putting away the dishes LOL it's like TORTURE!
11. Crafting is my crack!
12. Raisins are from the devil. Is it too much to ask for an oatmeal cookie without the raisins?!?!
13. I have a led foot...sometimes I dream of driving in Nascar just so I could go as fast as I wanted and not get in trouble!
14. I love getting a pedicure. If I could afford to I would get one every day! :)
15. Christmas is my favorite time of year. I literally could eat sleep and breathe Christmas every day for eternity!

Seriously

Seriously I am the BIGGEST blog slacker out there!!

I don't know what is wrong with me I just can't get into a blogging rhythm these days.

For the past 9 days I have been sick with a horrible cold and cough with awful congestion, and now my husband is sick. Husbands being sick equal's torture! They think they are the sickest things ever to walk the earth! It wears me OUT!

Every single time that I plan vacation days at work I end up sick, I was off Friday and Monday and what do you know I was sick. I am going to stop planning time off!

I am already looking forward to this weekend, we have a Birthday/Halloween party to go to for my cousin's husband on Saturday, and Sunday we are going to my Tia's for dinner.

I have left you all hanging with our house pictures. I won't be able to update today with more house pictures because I am too lazy to get up and go use my desktop and search for pictures.

I want to apologize in advance this post is going to be all over the place.

This week has been DRAGGING!! I am so ready for tomorrow at five o'clock. ACTUALLY I am ready for vacation. Boo and I will be leaving to head to the mountains for 6 days!! I AM SO EXCITED which isn't helping with making time pass by faster.

We are heading to Greenville, SC to visit the in-laws and then to Cherokee, NC and Gaitlinburg, TN for 3 days, then back to the ATL for a night and back home!

I have never been to Tennessee, that's the part I am looking forward to the most. I love the cooler weather in the mountains and you best believe when we get back I will have a billion pictures.

This Saturday my baby brother turns seven...yes I said SEVEN! That just seems incredibly old to me lol I just can't even fathom him growing up...it's happening way too fast. He is into dinosaurs and marine animals right now which I think is awesome. When the movie Big Miracle was in the theaters we took him to see it and he loved it.

Hopefully Sunday I will be able to get some sun at the beach if Mother Nature cooperates.
